Mr. Maletta has a long standing reputation for thoroughness.  He has fine tuned the home inspection process over the years to assure that every home is as completely inspected as circumstances will allow.  He makes sure that you, the home buyer, have as much information as he can provide so you can make an informed buying decision.  He takes the time to explain issues and to show you how the components of your house work and how they should be maintained.

No technical jargon is used.  Your North Star inspector makes every effort to explain things in plain English.  This practice is carried through in your custom written inspection report where issues are explained clearly and concisely.  All reports are custom written during the home inspection using special computer equipment and customized software.  Reports are printed on site so there is no waiting for your report.  Since the report is computer printed, there are no problems reading faded carbon copies or poor hand writing.
